Center Flow Pilates Studio in NW Portland is a place where you can find balance, harmony and energy renewal amidst the hectic bustle of everyday pressures and deadlines. Relax & enjoy a personalized individual Pilates session with a master instructor in our comfortable sanctuary. Only one person and instructor in at a time, allowing for a safer studio to workout in. We are also available to teach private lessons online via Zoom or FaceTime giving our clients the choice to stay safe in the comfort of their homes while receiving Online Pilates or Yoga Sessions
