Upon receipt of your Reservation Request Form and your $650 deposit check, we will send you a Reservation Deposit Verification. Upon receipt of your payment in full, we will send you a Reservation Confirmation Form with instructions for your stay at our Maui vacation condos.
The deposit is refundable, minus a $250 fee, if cancellation is received in writing sixty (65) days before the arrival date. The full balance must be received at least sixty (65) days before your arrival date. If it is not, your reservation will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Policy Guide
Rates for our Maui vacation condos are $250 to $385, depending on the time of year and length of stay. We offer discounts for returning guests. The rate is for two people. Extra guests are $20 per person per day. All units have a maximum of four people. All rates are subject to the Hawaii state and hotel tax (17.96%). Tax ID # 023-665-8688-01.
All condominium units are one-bedroom, oceanfront rooms in Kihei, HI. Daily cleaning service is not provided but can be arranged; our housekeeper is highly responsive. These are non-smoking units, so please smoke outside.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM. There is an extra day charge for check-outs after 11:00 AM. No refunds are offered for any unused portion of a confirmed reservation or for early departure. Trip insurance is recommended. We reserve the right to change units.
