Our Maui Sugar Beach Condos :

 

Condo #117 is located on the ground floor. The Lanai opens to a grassy area just off the beach, making this a great in-and-out condo for kids or a perfect set-up spot for windsurfers. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and a queen-size sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a maximum limit of four persons

Condo #220 is perfect for the long-stay on Maui . The wave-top, second floor view enhances your feeling of being right on the beach with the height to fully enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a walk-in tiled shower. A queen-size sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a maximum limit of four persons.

Condo #420 is located on the fourth floor with a bird’s-eye, panoramic view of Maalaea bay, the ocean sunsets and the night sky. This romantic view is perfect for the honeymoon couple. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and a queen-size sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a maximum limit of four persons.

We welcome you to our Maui Sugar Beach Condos with the spirit of aloha. We invite you to enjoy one of our three oceanfront condominiums just yards from the beach.

All our condos have full, unobstructed views of the ocean, the beach and the famous Maui sunsets. All are one-bedroom, non-smoking condos with full kitchen.

The living room has a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass wall, bringing the ocean into full view and full earshot from the living room. The living room glass wall opens to a private Lanai where you can dine or breakfast a stone’s throw away from the ocean waves.

Mahalo for inquiring about our Maui Sugar Beach Condos. Rates are between $150 – 225, depending upon the time of year and length of stay (rate is for 2 people; additional people are $10 per day per person). Many of our guests return to our condos year after year. Come experience our island condos and we know you’ll return, too.
